Our founder and CEO, Clair Pease, created "Pease & Associates" in 2005. Since that time we've proudly been a leading general contracting, building thousands of square footage of commercial and residential properties.
Due to the ever changing needs of our clients, we've expanded our services to include Real Estate Acquisition and Management as well as disaster recovery. We specialize in creating feasibility studies, concept development plans, real estate best use analysis, property management and more. We are also a Florida licensed and regulated professional Insurance Adjuster.
Pease and Associates utilizes technical and management support for in-house resources to perform the work. Our team includes professional estimators, engineers, schedulers, and project managers. Our management team is fully supported by our management information system specialists, accountants, administrators and contract managers.
