I worked with Clair Pease on the Grand Panama Beach Resort Condominium project from May 2005 to July 2007. Clair was the on-site Representative for The Breland Companies (Owner). During this time frame Clair worked in conjunction with our on-site project management staff in monitoring daily and weekly production, performing periodic quality control inspections and making sure the jobsite operating in a fashion to adhere to the project plans and specifications. The project consisted of two high-rise condominium towers with parking structures and had approximately 400 employees at peak construction period. Total value of the project was approximately 80 million. Clair had an excellent working relationship with my staff and conducted herself in a professional manner taking the time to pay attention to detail.
