Founded in 2005 by Clair Pease, Founder and CEO, Pease & Associates has proudly established itself as a leading general contractor with extensive experience in commercial and residential construction. Over the years, our team has successfully completed thousands of square feet of construction projects, building a reputation for quality, reliability, and exceptional client service.
As the needs of our clients have evolved, so have our services. In addition to general contracting, we have expanded our expertise to include real estate acquisition and management, disaster recovery, and insurance adjusting. Our services include feasibility studies, concept development plans, real estate highest-and-best-use analysis, property management, and comprehensive project management solutions.
Pease & Associates combines experienced in-house resources with technical and professional management support to deliver successful results. Our team includes professional estimators, engineers, schedulers, project managers, accountants, administrators, contract managers, and management information systems specialists. This comprehensive approach allows us to manage projects efficiently, strategically, and with attention to every detail.
We are also a Florida-licensed and regulated professional insurance adjusting firm, bringing valuable industry knowledge and experience to the disaster recovery process.
